Six chargrilled bacon wrapped jumbo gulf shrimp stuffed with jalapeno slices and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with a side of lemon butter.


Rickoshay Snapper

The St. James Filet

A mouth watering 14 oz. hand cut Angus beef filet wrapped in smoked apple-wood bacon and char-grilled to order. Served atop a grilled red and yellow pepper white wine sauce.


Monterey Ribeye

A 20 oz. bone in ribeye perfectly seasoned and char-grilled to order. Served with sautéed mushrooms.
